I practice on the belief that we are all individuals and strive to offer each of my clients a holistic approach and consider their individual needs, experiences, abilities, and beliefs. My training and experience align with my passion to help my clients gain the confidence to take control of their anxiety and depression and work to heal from past trauma. I have training and experience with EMDR, suicide prevention, grief work, cultural competency for responders and military and trauma focused work including seeking safety, part’s work and attachment theory. I have 4 years of telehealth therapy experience, but also offer in-person sessions.
My educational background consists of receiving a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology (with a minor in Criminal Justice) from Western New Mexico University where I graduated with honors (Cum Laude) and as the outstanding student in Psychology. I earned my Masters of Science in Christian Counseling from Grand Canyon University and am currently a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of New Mexico.
Love, faith, and family are my centers, and my goal is to help my clients find their balance in life and happiness.
