I am a proud New Mexico native and have experience working with clients from all ages and backgrounds. I received my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May of 2021 and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in May of 2017. I practice from a client-centered approach and utilize interventions from a variety of therapy modalities to uniquely adapt to each client and their needs.

I have recently completed training in EMDR to aid my clients in reprocessing traumatic experiences and working towards my certification. I am also currently working towards obtaining my credential as a Registered Play Therapist to better serve my community and meet the needs of my clients and their families.

Through working in private practice and community mental health settings, I have gained experience working with a diverse population of children, adults, adolescents, couples, families, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients to grow, feel supported, and recognize their strengths.
