Group Description:

Calling all families! Feeling like your emotions are running the show? Parents, are you wrestling with anger or maybe a touch of sadness? Are your kids displaying big emotions that are hard to handle? Well, grab your favorite emotion and get ready for an adventure in Inside Out – Family edition!

This playful group is for families to explore their inner world and build a happy, well-balanced home together. No fancy degree needed – just bring your love for family, a willingness to play, and an open mind!

Here's what we'll be working on in Headquarters:

  • Meet the Crew: Just like Riley, we might have new emotions like Anxiety and Embarrassment. Learn how they work with Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear & Disgust!

  • Playful Problem-Solving: Feeling overwhelmed by angst or social anxieties? We'll use ALL our emotions (new and old) to find solutions as a family!

  • Stronger Family Bonds: Fun games & activities help your emotions connect and cooperate, even during tough times.

  • Calm the Chaos: Learn mindfulness techniques to relax and unwind, inspired by calming moments you share as a family.

  • Every Emotion Matters! Celebrate the unique role each emotion plays in your family's happiness and well-being.

Don't worry if you're not a mind control expert! This group is open to all families. Just bring your love for family, a willingness to play, and a desire to create a happier, healthier home for your whole emotional crew.
