Scheduling Time for Your Wellbeing

Our therapists are dedicated to helping our community members navigate the stress in their lives. So whether you or your loved one is struggling with symptoms of depression or anxiety, need support in healing from a traumatic experience, or help in grieving a loss - we are here to help!

Our therapists are available by appointment only due to each of our therapists having their own unique schedule. We offer early morning, day and evening appointments seven days a week to accommodate our clients’ schedules. Unfortunately, high demand times including after school, evening and weekend appointments are not always immediately available.

After school Appointments

We understand the interest in appointments outside of the school day, and we strive to accommodate these needs as best we can. To meet the high demand, we offer as many appointments after school as we can. Nevertheless, we generally are unable to schedule new clients immediately for after-school appointments as these tend to go to clients already in therapy who have been waiting for an opening.

The best way to obtain an after-school appointment is to take a daytime appointment, remain consistent with your attendance and engagement, and let your therapist know that that you would be interested in shifting your appointment time when an after school opportunity arises.

Costs, Insurance & Payment Info

Our self pay sessions are $110 with our licensed clinicians for our standard 55-minute sessions. We also offer low cost options with our clinical interns when available at $40 for a 55-minute session.

We currently accept BCBS Medicaid, Presbyterian Medicaid, WesternSky, Medicare, Presbyterian, BlueCross/BlueShield, and Molina Marketplace insurance.

If you have insurance that we are not contracted with, we are happy to supply you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

It is your responsibility to know your insurance benefits and coverage. You are responsible to pay for any amount that your insurance does not pay due to deductibles, copays or co-insurance.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality, individualized care for all our clients in a timely manner. "No-shows" and late cancellations prevents us from offering that time slot to others who need it. To help us serve you as best we can and respect the needs of other clients, please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a scheduled session. Your early cancellation will give another person the possibility of accessing support.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will charge for the session. These charges will be your responsibility and are charged to your card on file the following business day.

To cancel an appointment, please call your therapist directly or the office at 575-556-9585. If you’re unable to reach your therapist or the receptionist, please leave a detailed message on our secure voicemail. To reschedule, please contact your therapist directly, as they manage their own schedules.
